1. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years of age or older and must ensure their participation complies with the laws of their country.
2. Product and Nature of the Pen
- Each purchase represents the purchase of a physical pen priced at $1 USD.
- Pens are not shipped automatically; they are stored under the user’s account.
- Users may request shipping for a $10 USD fee (international rates may apply).
- Users may pick up pens in person within 7 days of submitting a pickup request.
- Failure to request pickup or shipping within the allowed timeframe constitutes forfeiture of the pens.
3. Digital Tickets and System Operation
- Each pen purchase generates a digital ticket with a sequential number.
- Ticket numbers range from 1 to 150 before a new cycle begins.
- The current ticket count is not displayed prior to purchase; the ticket number appears after payment.
4. Reward System
A) Guaranteed Cashback
Users receive a guaranteed $50 cashback when their account reaches 150 purchased tickets.
B) Instant Bonus Cashback
Users receive an instant $50 cashback if their ticket number is 150, 300, 450, 600, or any similar milestone.
5. Reward Collection
- Users will be notified via email or through their account.
- Users must select a payout method within 7 days of notification.
- Rewards may take 7–30 business days to process.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets cannot be sold, transferred, or merged between accounts.
7. Prohibited Actions
- Using bots or automated buying tools.
- Creating multiple accounts for the same user.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the system.
- Submitting fraudulent or incorrect information.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for technical issues, payment failures, delays, or circumstances beyond its control. The maximum liability is limited to the value of the eligible reward only.
9. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and Lebanese courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
